You can also tweak saturation values in the enbeffect.fx tab too. Those values change the overall Brightness. Scroll down a bit and you will find the Section with gamma and other calues to play with. Go to the shader Window and open up the enbeffect.fx Tab. Press Shift+Enter to open up the ENB GUI. Pause the game by opening the console with the "^" key. If the brightness options arent enought for your taste you can easy modify vividian with the ENB GUI.
